Registration & How to Access the Conference

The conference is open to all, and access is provided free of charge. The conference will be held virtually on Zoom and gather.town.

Closer to the conference date, participants will register for the conference for access to the Zoom and gather.town links we will be using. We would like to include everyone who is interested in the conference topics. Please share this information with any colleagues who would like to join as attendees, and they will be granted access to the conference.

Poster sessions will be organized in gather.town. Posters will be up in designated poster rooms, and authors should be present at their posters during the designated time. You can think of this as a ‘normal’ poster session – like the ones we used to have at in-person conferences -just in a virtual space this time. These sessions are not chaired. Instead, when a person comes to your poster, their camera and microphone will activate and you will be able to talk to them, answer their questions or walk them through your study. Only the people at your poster at any given time will see you and hear what you say.
